UNIQ LOGISTIC, a full-service logistics operator, has extended its lease agreement at the Kutno Logistics Centre. The tenant will continue to use nearly 2,500 sq m of warehouse and office space. The renegotiation project was directed by operations director Jonasz Galicki, with consulting services supplied by AXI IMMO's Hubert Wojtera and Damian Kińczyk.

UNIQ LOGISTIC is a Polish company operating in the TSL industry. It offers comprehensive logistics services, focusing on ensuring timely deliveries and cost optimization. The company headquarters is located in Łódź. It also operates in other key logistics locations in Poland, such as Gdynia, Katowice, Poznań, Warsaw, and Wrocław. UNIQ LOGISTIC has been operating on the domestic market since 2008.

Jarosław Płusa, Chairman, UNIQ LOGISTIC, explains: "The decision to renew the current lease agreement in Kutno is based on the fact that we want to continue working with proven business partners. First and foremost, we pursue our contract with the customer using efficient fixes and dependable business plans. Simultaneously, we are always working to improve the quality of services provided and expand in new distribution areas. Second, the landlord has shown professionalism and flexibility in accommodating our evolving company demands while still providing us with a guaranteed workspace."

The tenant will continue to occupy more than 2,400 sq m of warehouse space with a complementary office and staff area of approximately 70 sq m.

Hubert Wojtera, Director, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO, said: "The Łódź region is an important player on the Polish industrial market and is a dynamically developing region. Both Łódź and Kutno, located in the north of the area, have remained attractive locations for many tenants, notably logistics industries, because of their strategically positioned and well-developed road infrastructure. Among the many benefits of the area, it's critical to highlight developers' exceptional adaptability and opportunities to customise spaces to meet the demands of specific clients."

Damian Kińczyk, Associate Director, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO, adds, "A lease renewal at the same address is usually excellent news for both the landlord and the tenant. Without any hindrances, our customers may keep using the excellent infrastructure and ease of the location, guaranteeing stability for the upcoming time frame. However, for the landlord, a renewal reduces the risks of searching for a new tenant and ensures that they will work with a dependable partner. It's a positive start that should deepen their commercial partnership.”

Michal Adamski, Asset Manager, CBRE IM, summarizes: "The fact that UNIQ LOGISTIC has renewed its lease at the strategically located Kutno Logistics Centre is proof of the functionality, accessibility, and security of the facility. The tenant acknowledged the space's advantageous position and attested to its compliance with all operational and logistical needs. The most satisfying thing is that our team's efforts have been acknowledged. We actively try to accommodate UNIQ LOGISTIC and other tenants' present and future space needs while maintaining a solid connection with them."

Kutno Logistics Centre is a modern distribution centre offering nearly 72,000 sq m of warehouse space. The logistics park is located next to the road junction "Kutno", intersecting the A1 motorway with the national road 92 and about 20 minutes from the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. Such a location provides comfortable conditions for distributing goods in every direction in Poland.
