The Austrian steel construction supplier Unger Steel Group is selling about one hectare of land near its Unger Plaza complex, in the west of Bucharest. The property allows the construction of commercial or industrial premises.

The Austrians own, through the Romanian company Magnum Invest 95, a land with an area of almost 10,000 sqm where the German logistics group Dachser, the Austrian manufacturer of construction materials Baumit and Unger Steel Group have their headquarters in Romania.

Magnum Invest 95 recently received a preliminary approval for the demolition of the existing 714 sqm building on this land. The company has expressed its intention to sell the land either through a real estate transaction or through the sale of stakes in the firm.
