Sika signs lease at ELI Parks for over 4,500 sqm of logistics and office space

The Swiss construction materials company Sika is expanding its operations in Romania following the signing of a lease agreement for 4,500 sqm of logistics and office space in ELI Park 4, a project in the ELI Parks portfolio.

"We are confident that the presence of Sika Romania will further enrich our vibrant business community," says Andrei Jerca, general director of ELI Park.
The building rented by Sika Romania occupies an area of 4,300 sqm of logistics space and 220 sqm of offices.

"Bucharest and its surroundings represent the largest market in Romania, therefore, opening our new warehouse in Buftea was an important strategic decision," said Laurenţiu Ştefănescu, General Manager of Sika Romania.
