The industrial section of the building will be divided into zones dedicated to manufacturing, warehousing and service operations. The other section will feature such installations as a compressor room with a compressed air distribution system and a paint spray booth, as well as overhead cranes and air doors in the docks. The building will be fitted with welding fixtures fit to handle elements of up to 15 meters in length, and therefore the roof of the hall will be raised to a clear height of 17 meters over an area of 2,000 sqm. The entire building will be BREEAM-certified with a Very Good rating.
