Panattoni to build another park in Zabrze

Panattoni is planning to build a warehouse and manufacturing park in Silesia. Panattoni Park Zabrze II, which will offer 44,000 sqm, will go up on Goduli street in Zabrze’s Katowice Special Economic Zone. Zarys International Group has already signed a lease on 14,000 sqm. The company produces and sells medical supplies to hospitals. Zarys will officially move into the park in February 2021, but will be given early access in December. Panattoni Park Zabrze II will have BREEAM Very Good certification. The warehouse will feature a new color scheme, glass and aluminium facade in the office section and enhanced greenery.
