Panattoni Europe develops Park Bydgoszcz II

Panattoni Europe is developing a new logistics park in Bydgoszcz, Kujawy-Pomerania region. Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II will offer 40,000 sqm and will be located 3 km from the city’s bypass, and just over 5 km from the city center. Construction of the new park is set to commence in September 2019 with the first tenants expected to move in the first quarter of 2020. “Bydgoszcz is one of the largest cities in Poland with above-average level of enterprise as evidenced by the presence of powerful international and domestic investors in the region, numerous infrastructure investments, and also the dynamically growing Pomeranian Special Economic Zone," said Dorota Jagodzińska, Managing Director Panattoni Europe. She added that the city's position within the triangle made up of Warsaw, Poznań and the Tricity would give it a competitive advantage.
