OTP buys MOM Park complex in Budapest

The OTP real estate investment fund has acquired MOM Park in Budapest. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The retail and office complex was sold by a consortium which included Wing, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Austrian shopping center specialist CC Real. MOM Park, offers 18,000 sqm of office space and more than 30,000 sqm of retail space. The complex has 8 million visitors per year and reported a turnover of HUF 4.7bn in 2017.
