Noerr leases 1,100 sqm at Nowogrodzka Square office building

Noerr has leased 1,100 sqm at the Nowogrodzka Square office building in Warsaw. The European law firm was represented by Cresa Polska. “We are proud to say that year by year, Noerr has been strengthening its position in the CEE region, including also in Poland. The new office will be tailored to the needs of our employees, and it reflects our commitment to further growth in the Polish market,” said Radosław Biedecki, office managing partner at Noerr. Nowogrodzka Square offers 11,500 sqm of office space. The BREEAM-certified facility was completed last year. Nowogrodzka Square is owned by Yareal Polska.
