New outlet stores are opening in Fashion House Outlet Center Pallady

The second phase of Fashion House Outlet Center Pallady will open to the public on June 25, the developer announced. With an area of over 5,700 sqm, the second phase of Fashion House Pallady is 70 percent leased. Among the new stores that will open here are adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Guess, Under Armour.
The first phase of the outlet opened in May 2021, it has 8,000 sqm and stores such as Nike, Puma, BSB, Killtec, Lee Cooper, Sizeer, Levi's, Time Out, Triumph, US Polo Assn and Samsonite.

Fashion House Pallady is the seventh outlet developed by Fashion House Group in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia, and the second opened in the Capital. The first is located in the western part of the city, in the Militari area, and has been operating since December 2008. Fashion House Group is part of the Liebrecht & wooD Group.
