Karimpol Polska has announced the appointment of Michał Orłowski as Director, Head of Leasing and Asset Management. The new Director has taken his position as of April 2024, replacing Jarosław Prawicki, who played an important role in the company’s development and success for over six years.

Michał Orłowski, a Varsovian with Polish-Canadian roots, brings with him ample experience of more than 18 years on the Polish real estate market. His track record includes managing the lease of more than 50 office buildings, including class A and B facilities, and closing leases for more than 200,000 sq. m. His strategic approach and leadership were key in ensuring the full commercialisation of significant projects including the Warsaw office buildings SEZAM, Atrium Tower and Mokotowska Square.

Before joining Karimpol Group, Michał Orłowski served as Leasing Director at Revetas, overseeing office projects in Kraków and Katowice. He previously worked at BBI Development, DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, and Bank BNP Paribas.

Michał received his law degree from the University of Warsaw and continued his education with a degree in American law from the Levin College of Law in Florida, and in British and European law from the University of Cambridge. He holds the prestigious title of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a former member of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

Michał is a dog lover (especially fond of his pug), a keen sportsman (squash, snowboarding, motorcycling) and a travel enthusiast.
