Matěj Vyskočil has been appointed to the position of Managing Director at Zeitraum

Matěj Vyskočil (44) has been appointed as Managing Director of Zeitraum with effect from 1 April 2024, where he will be responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the company. Zeitraum focuses on providing modern accommodation in Prague and other European cities. Domestically, it operates five campuses for university students and young professionals and two serviced apartment buildings near Wenceslas Square.

Matěj Vyskočil graduated in corporate finance from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague, where he earned an engineering degree. During his studies, he started working in the hotel and accommodation services industry and quickly rose to senior management positions thanks to his skills and work commitment. Prior to joining Zeitraum, he worked for almost five years as the General Manager of the OREA Hotel Pyramida in Prague's Brevnov district and for three years as Hotel Manager at the prestigious Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel in the centre of Prague. He also gained valuable experience as a hotel portfolio specialist at CEFC Group Europe, where he managed the operations of Le Palais Art Hotel in Vinohrady.

Since August 2022, Matěj Vyskočil has served as Chief Operating Officer at Zeitraum, where he has been instrumental in streamlining internal processes and managing the company's domestic and international portfolio. His promotion to the role of Managing Director is a recognition of his work to date and a reflection of confidence in his ability to lead the company to further success.

Matěj Vyskočil is fluent in English and speaks German. In his spare time he enjoys family and travel, but his hobbies also include cycling and modern art.
