Maracana has extended its 5,000 sqm lease contract in MLP Bucharest West

Maracana, a company with activities in the field of transport, storage, logistics and distribution, has extended the lease contract for 5,000 sqm in the logistics park MLP Bucharest West. The company moved its activity within the park three years ago, and a year later expanded the area by another 5,000 sqm, reaching 10,000 sqm, for offices and warehouse.

"We are pleased to renew our contract with MLP for 5,000 square meters in the logistics park. This partnership has played an essential role in supporting our operations, enabling us to consistently provide superior service. The facilities offered by MLP remain essential for our logistical requirements and we eagerly anticipate the further consolidation of our collaboration in the coming years', declared Eugen Supuran, general manager of the Maracana.

The transaction was brokered by iO Partners, a partner of the JLL consulting company.
