The Kinstellar law firm, founded in the Czech Republic, is taking over Noerr's operations in Bucharest, Budapest, Bratislava and Prague, with the transaction to be completed after obtaining all regulatory and internal agreements.

As part of the periodic review of his organization's activity, Noerr nevertheless came to the conclusion that a strategic cooperation on the CEE markets represents the most suitable solution for his further development. As a result, the best strategy is for Noerr to transfer the teams to Kinstellar, according to a company statement.

"We consider the agreement and future cooperation with Kinstellar to be very positive and advantageous for our customers, people and companies. It will give Noerr both the opportunity to focus on achieving its goals in Germany and other Western markets, as well as the partnership with a reliable, first-class company in the region," said Alexander Ritvay, Co-Managing Partner Noerr.

Founded in the Czech Republic, Kinstellar has a network of offices in 11 jurisdictions and a team of over 300 lawyers who provide advice and assistance to clients in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
