Ion Crăciunescu, the founder of IBB holding, and Elisabeta Lipă are running the first residential project in Bucharest, with a market value of EUR 160 million. The first apartments will be delivered next year.

The iResidence Nord residential complex, developed in the Northern area of Bucharest, will have 525 apartments when the second phase is completed, in the second half of 2026. There will also be 839 underground parking spaces, ten commercial spaces, but also a SPA center with a semi-Olympic indoor pool.
"It's my first real estate investment and I wouldn't have had the confidence to do business in this sector without a partner like Ion Crăciunescu. His integrity guarantees the success and respect for the quality of this investment. I believe that iResidence is among the few residential projects that prioritize quality, the comfort of future tenants, a modern and relaxing lifestyle, and not profit," said Elisabeta Lipă.

The residential complex consists of eight buildings and is in the process of BREEAM Excellent certification.
