“Hines has been established in Poland for 27 years. In that time it has grown to become an integral part of our global operations. We have plans to grow our presence in the market and I know that Marcin and Kamil and the broader Hines Poland team share our ambitious vision for the future.”

Hines currently has 57 employees in Poland and approximately $1B in assets under development and management in the market. As part of the change, Wojciech Rumian, former Country Head and President of the Management Board, and Przemysław Iznerowicz, former Vice-President of the Management Board have mutually agreed that they will leave Hines. Both depart as friends of the firm and will remain for an extended period to ensure a smooth transition to the new leadership team.
