The Dutch construction company Heijmans will be in charge of building the Leeuwenkuil op Zuid project with 226 new homes. Construction is to get underway around the end of the year on the €70m residential scheme. Other companies involved in the Leeuwenkuil project will be ROFFAA, XML Architecture, Flux landscape architecture and Arcadis. Last month, Hejimans was selected by housing corporation Woonbedrijf as a partner for the Humperdincklaan area development plan in the city of Eindhoven. The project includes the development of nearly 500 rental and owner-occupied homes, valued at over €100m.
