Greencarrier Freight Services takes 2,660 sqm at Distribution Park Sosnowiec

Greencarrier Freight Services Poland, a Scandinavian forwarder and logistics company, has leased 2,660 sqm of warehouse and office space at Distribution Park Sosnowiec. AXI IMMO advised during the lease negotiations. Distribution Park Sosnowiec offers 47,100 sqm of logistics space in two warehouse buildings that are equipped with 70 docks and six 0-level gates as well as 170 parking spots for passenger cars and 46 places for trucks. The asset and property manager is Hines Polska. The owner is Hines Global REIT.
