Colliers International appoints Izabela Kapil as Director of Landlord Representation

Izabela Kapil has been appointed Director of Colliers International's Landlord Representation division in Warsaw. She'll manage the work of the team and set the direction of its development. She has 13 years of experience in leasing and investment management of office properties in Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining Colliers, she was Vice President at Heitman Financial for seven years, where she managed a 260,000 sqm portfolio of properties valued at more than €500m. She was responsible for strategic planning in property management, supervising tenders, and for building teams of property managers and subcontractors.
