The real estate developer One United Properties announced that the Court of the Municipality of Bucharest rejected the summons request filed by the Municipality of Bucharest and the Mayor General of the Municipality of Bucharest regarding the cancellation and suspension of the building permit for the "One Lake District" project, located on the shore Lake Plumbuita.

The court's decision was issued on April 8, and the decision is not final, and can be appealed.

"The company is not aware of any validity issues regarding the building permit related to the One Lake District development and intends to vigorously defend against any such claims," One United Properties' announcement states.

The developer says that work is currently running smoothly, according to related schedules, on all sites located in Sector 2, including One Lake District.
