ATAL starts sales of Galaktyczna estate in Tricity

ATAL has started selling flats in a new project under construction in the north-western part of Gdansk, at Galaktyczna Street in the Osowa district. The offer has been enriched with 144 flats, which will be built in six cosy, three-storey buildings. The strengths of the Galaktyczna estate include its proximity to recreational areas and the city's infrastructure, as well as its proximity to the Tri-City ring road. The project is covered by a proprietary developer-operator programme called "Decision by Instalments", which, among other things, makes it possible to reserve a flat with a price guarantee and defer the finalisation of the agreement until September.

Currently, an important measure of competitive advantage in the real estate market is the ability of developers to quickly replenish their offer of flats in the largest centres in the country. In the Tri-City, we are maintaining a very good pace in this respect, which is meeting with great interest from customers looking for premises for their own needs. The prices of new flats from ATAL on Galaktyczna Street range between PLN 10,200 and 12,500 per square metre in developer condition. If the client prefers turnkey finishing, they can use one of the three options provided for in the ATAL Design programme for a surcharge (from PLN 999 per sq m).

In the new development, there is a choice of flats with areas ranging from approx. 35 to 73 sqm, in layouts from 2 to 4 rooms. Although the developer is aiming the offer at a wide audience, the inclusion of the "Decision on instalments" campaign will attract particular attention from customers who are waiting for the new pool of government loan subsidies to be launched.

The Galaktyczna residential complex will be built in an exceptional location and will combine modern architecture with the charming and intimate landscape of the Osowa district. The estate will feature numerous amenities that will benefit, among others, families with children, such as a safe playground. Recreation and playtime will also be fostered by the surrounding green areas.
