AFI Europe will deliver the first block of AFI Home North in March 2025

AFI Europe Romania will deliver the first block of the AFI Home North residential project, located on Dimitrie Pompeiu bld, in March 2025, with the second building to be delivered after six months and the third in 2026, all of which will be exclusively for rent, according to Luciana Giurea, Head of Residential, AFI Europe Romania.

"We will have all types of apartments. I think that 20 percent of the homes bought in the market go to rent. We want to offer a solution to tenants, to be able to sign a contract for years, knowing the rent level, to have flexibility if they need a larger or smaller space. We will have a gym, a co-working area, a social club," said Luciana.

Currently, AFI is looking for large areas for a minimum of 300 apartments, close to the subway, and if possible with a building permit.
