DRIM Daniel FMCG Distribution, which was bought by the Polish retailer Zabka, rented warehouses with an area of about 16,000 sqm for the expansion of Zabka in Romania. The company rented two warehouses in the logistics park MLP Bucharest West, built by the Polish company MLP, being one of the largest rental transactions in the logistics segment. Zabka has leased warehouses in MLP projects also in Poland, the country of origin.

The first phase of MLP Bucharest West has 22,000 sqm, delivered in 2021 and fully leased. The second phase, where Zabka leased, has 16,000 sqm and was scheduled for delivery at the end of 2023, beginning of 2024.

Recently the Polish group Zabka, with more than 10,000 stores in the mother country, announced that it will expand locally under the Froo brand.
