SberLogistics, the logistics and financial services provider within Sberbank, has opened branches in eight regional capitals: Kaliningrad, Kirov, Kursk, Novorossiysk, Magnitogorsk, Tula, Saransk, and Cheboksary. They'll add to the portfolio of 31 branches SberLogistics already operates. The local units are in charge with the full range of logistics operations, the development of the courier networks that deliver parcels to the recipient's door and settlements around the capitals, as well as to a network of parcel lockers and pickup points that are being rolled out at Sberbank branches.

“The pandemic has accelerated our development dramatically and we have been expanding our infrastructure in the country's regions ahead of schedule to provide reliable and safe contactless courier delivery to recipients and senders. With a several-fold increase in demand for courier services, we've managed to maintain the quality of service at 97%. Now our main task is to keep up with the pace and open new branches in 32 regional centers to create our own infrastructure throughout the country,” said Sergei Malyshev, CEO of SberLogistics.
