Redport Capital announces the appointment of Oriol Casellas as Chief Financial Officer

Redport Capital, founded in 2016 by Cosmin Savu-Cristescu and specialized in construction, investments, development, and real estate project management, announces the appointment of Oriol Casellas as Chief Financial Officer.

Oriol Casellas holds both the position of Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors, with a significant role in defining and implementing the group's strategy for the successful development of all current and future projects.

Oriol Casellas has over 20 years of experience in the field, accumulated in leadership positions for financial and real estate projects both in Romania and Poland. Among his most recent positions held are those of CEO at Meta Estate Trust, between 2021-2023, during which the company invested in over 20 real estate projects in the country, as well as Development Manager at Veranda Mall, a position held from 2012 to 2021.

During past year, Redport Capital successfully delivered and fully sold Phase II of The Level Apartments project and transacted over 200 units across all group’s projects. The year 2024 marks a new stage, with construction set to start for Phase III of The Level Apartments project, as well as Infinity Nord, one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Bucharest, a true destination for the North of the Capital.
