Redkom Development starts construction of retail park in Bielsko-Biała

The new retail park will be built on the site of the Tesco hypermarket located on Warszawska Street in Bielsko-Biała. The main contractor is Daldehog INTL Sp. z o.o., which was also responsible for the construction of Ozimska Park retail facility in Opole belonging to the portfolio of Redkom Group.

The retail park in Bielsko-Biała, with a retail area of approximately 17,000 GLA, is scheduled to open in November 2024. In addition to the Kaufland grocery shop, the facility is designed for approximately 30 retail and service units. Commercialisation is practically nearing completion. Among the contracted tenants are popular chain brands: well-known drugstores, fashion, home goods or electronics shops. The offer may be supplemented by local companies providing services that fit in with the concept of the retail park.

The new development in Bielsko-Biała will be the largest retail park in the region, with an excellent location near the junction of the S1 expressway and the entrance to the city centre .In the immediate vicinity are: Castorama, Moya petrol station, Merkury Market shop and KFC drive-thru restaurant, completing the retail offer.
