Pitbull is expanding in EPP shopping centres
EPP-managed shopping centres Wzorcownia in Włocławek, Galeria Solna in Inowrocław and Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów are expanding their offer with the assortment of Pitbull, one of the most recognisable sportswear brands in Poland. As a result, the facilities will significantly strengthen their offer aimed at people who value comfort or strength training, as well as combat sports enthusiasts. The area covered by the lease agreements amounts to more than 250 sqm.
"The first Pitbull store in Włocławek is already operating in Wzorcownia. We are constantly expanding the range of brands available in the centre, and thanks to this cooperation we have strengthened the sports segment of the facility. We can see that the centre's customers - martial arts enthusiasts as well as people who value functional and casual style - are keen to take advantage of the new tenant's offer," commented Tomasz Nowakowski, Asset Manager at EPP.
"EPP's strong presence in the market and the good results recorded by the shopping centres we manage mean that tenants are keen to establish a presence in several facilities. A good example of this is Pitbull West Coast, which is developing its portfolio with us. Customers can already take advantage of the brand's offer in Wzorcownia and Galeria Solna, and the showroom in Galeria Olimpia will join this group in June," adds Adam Kłos, Asset Manager at EPP.
Wzorcownia is the first and only multifunctional project in Włocławek located in the city centre, in the direct vicinity of the railway and bus station. Customers can enjoy the offer of around 80 shops, including e.g. C&A, CCC, eobuwie.pl, H&M, HalfPrice, as well as food and service outlets, including the Sowa patisserie, VERGRANO & Crazy Bubble and the Zdrofit fitness club with sauna. The complex is a total of five buildings. It includes the preserved 19th-century Old Furnace building, which houses, among others, a Multikino and Pizza Hut and McDonald's restaurants.
Galeria Solna, the only shopping centre in Inowrocław, has over 24,000 sqm of modern retail space with an extensive retail and service offer. The centre features a wide selection of shops of leading brands, cafés and food courts, as well as service points. The shopping centre's tenants include, among others, Netto, Media Markt, H&M, CCC, Reserved, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Smyk and Empik, supplemented by cafés and food court space with, among others, a McDonald's restaurant and a service area. A Leroy Merlin DIY store is located in the direct vicinity of the centre. Excellent accessibility to the facility is ensured by the two-lane Wojska Polskiego Street and a cycle path running around the shopping centre, connecting Galeria Solna with the area of the nearby spa.
Galeria Olimpia is the largest shopping complex in Belchatow. It comprises a shopping centre and a retail park, which together accommodate around 80 retail and service units. Its offer includes popular brands such as Carrefour hypermarket, Dealz, Reserved, Cropp, House, MOHITO, Sinsay, H&M, CCC, Empik, RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, dm drugstore, Hebe, Douglas, DOZ Pharmacy. The centre's offer is supplemented by Bricomarché and Media Expert shops operating in the retail park located opposite the shopping centre. In Galeria Olimpia, in addition to an extensive retail and service offer, customers will also find places where they can eat well, relax and spend their time actively, such as Smak na Tak, Arianos Kebab or the Grycan café, as well as the only Helios cinema in the city with four spacious halls. There are also 1,050 free parking spaces available to visitors.
