Pavăl brothers take over the former ELI 4 project

The Pavăl brothers, the owners of Dedeman, took over the company Asset Proiect Craiova SRL through Pavăl Holding, becoming the sole shareholder. Previously, the company was part of the ELI Parks/Element Industrial portfolio, having the name ELI 4 Craiova.

Element Industrial announced in 2019 the acquisition of an 11-hectare plot of land near Craiova where it aimed to develop a new industrial park, with the aim of going to the proximity of the Ford plant in Craiova for car logistics. The project is 8 km from the center of Craiova, on DN6 and is close to the southern belt of the city.

In the past, the Pavăl brothers were associated with Ionuţ Dumitrescu, the founder of Element Industrial, in the ELI Park 1 project in Chitila, which was later sold to South Africans from Fortress.
