Milšped leases 10.000 sqm in new A-class development by RC Europe in Zagreb

complexRE assisted in leasing of 10.000 sqm A-class logistic space to Milšped Group in newly developing A-class logistic park in Samobor, northwest of Zagreb. Park is located on the highway exit just before Slovenian border on the Zagreb – Ljubljana direction. Milšped will use these premises as hub for its expanding activities in Croatia but also for clients from Slovenia, where A-class logistic premises have been lacking for a long time.
