GARBE, a specialist in logistics and industrial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, is strengthening its team. Tomáš Hanuš joins the company as Property Manager for the Czech Republic, bringing 25 years of experience in technical operations and property management not only in the Czech Republic but also in Slovakia.
Tomáš Hanuš is a seasoned professional who has gained comprehensive experience in the management of commercial real estate, primarily Class A office buildings and logistics complexes, as well as in the management of listed historical buildings. As part of his job description, he was also responsible for the management of construction projects and renovations, including controlling budgeted OPEX and CAPEX expenditures to value the real estate portfolio. Tomas joins GARBE from Savills, where he worked within the property management department for almost 8 years. He has a degree in electrical engineering and is continuously expanding his education in the field of facilities and property management.

Martin Polák, GARBE's Director for Eastern and Central Europe, says: "GARBE entered the Czech market four years ago and has developed several industrial zones here. The buildings have high technical standards and BREEAM and PENB certifications, which are particularly appreciated by tenants of the space. Tomáš's role in managing these buildings will be not only to maintain this standard, but also to contribute to increasing the value of our properties."
