“The year 2023 was more stable in terms of doing business than previous years, although of course it was not without challenges. Naturally, as all entrepreneurs, we faced, among others, the problem of cost inflation and high interest rates, but the changes in these areas were not as rapid as before. The experience we have gained in past, turbulent years has paid off in a relatively calmer, but still demanding market environment. We have proved as an organization that we are able to take advantage of the market situation and synergies within the group to strengthen our position, which translates into financial results. We are very happy with the results of 2023. In particular, the second half of the year turned out to be exceptionally successful in the General Contractor’s and development segment. Dekpol Budownictwo strengthens its position on the industrial and logistics investment market, gaining new references and expanding the scope of competences, such as systems for the construction of prefabricated elements and the 'design and build' services. The company entered 2024 with a strong order book and continues to find orders attractive for margins and further development of the team’s competences,” said President Mariusz Tuchlin.

Consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 1,586.83 million in 2023 compared to PLN 1,386.85 million a year earlier.

The Group’s revenues amounted to PLN 1,568.8 million and were higher year-on-year by 13%. The Group achieved EBITDA in the amount of PLN 132.1 million (on a comparable level y/y; PLN 135.6 million in 2022). The Group ended the highest year in its history with a net profit of PLN 90.4 million, which means an increase of 15% y/y. At the end of 2023, the cash balance in the group amounted to PLN 292.8 million, and the net debt/EBITDA LTM ratio was at a safe level of 0.43, the company reported.

In unit terms, net profit in 2023 amounted to PLN 12.38 million compared to PLN 1.21 million profit a year earlier.
