CTP contracts a syndicated loan of EUR 200 million, coordinated by Alpha Bank

CTP signed for a syndicated credit facility in the total amount of EUR 200 million, for the refinancing of the development of 40 green logistics and industrial buildings, class A, with a combined leasable area of 565,000 sqm within the CTPark Bucharest project.

"Together with Alpha Bank SA, BRD - Groupe Societe Generale SA and ING Bank Romania, we made available a credit line worth EUR 200,000,000 to support the future expansion plans of CTP Romania," says Sergiu Oprescu, President Executive of Alpha Bank Romania and General Director of the Alpha Bank Group International Network.

Romania is the second largest market for CTP, representing over 2.6 million sqm of its portfolio of class A industrial and logistics spaces in over 15 cities in Romania, including Arad, Braşov, Bucharest, Caransebeş, Cluj- Napoca, Craiova, Deva, Oradea, Pitesti, Sibiu, Târgu Mures, Timisoara, Turda, Ineu and Salonta.
