Clotilde Armand wants to buy a building and land from KPMG

Clotilde Armand, the mayor of sector 1, wants to buy the office building located on Ion Slatineanu street, no. 12, and the land on Craciun street no. 29, both being very close to the Goethe German College. The plan is to expand one of the educational units in the sector.

Astra Insurance-Reinsurance Company S.A., in bankruptcy, through the judicial liquidator KPMG Restructuring SPRL, put the building and the land up for sale by public auction. The auction price exceeds RON 14.8 million.

The office building has four floors and a usable area of 2,177 sqm, and the land has an area of over 460 sqm.
