CBRE has appointed Zdeněk Zádrapa (46) as Head of High Street Retail and Tenant Representation. His main role will be commercial real estate leasing on the main shopping streets in the centres of major cities, especially in Prague. He will also be responsible for representing tenants when expanding their retail network or entering the Czech market.

"I am confident that we can support landlords in securing quality tenants and tenants in selecting the most suitable locations for their development. I look forward to welcoming more Czech and international brands to Prague city centre that will improve the retail environment in our capital," comments Zdeněk Zádrapa, the new Head of High Street & Tenant Representation, who joins CBRE with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. For the last decade he has specialised in the premium segment of the market.

During his career to date, he has been involved in the leasing of a number of properties, particularly in the centre of Prague. Among other things, he worked on the leasing mandate for the luxury project Fairmont Golden Prague Hotel in Pařížská Street or the occupation of the retail project 100Yards Na Příkopě. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked for more than ten years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for the opening of Starbucks and L'Osteria branches or Apple, COS, IKEA, Vodafone stores, etc.

Zdeněk Zádrapa speaks fluent English. His hobbies include swimming, ballroom dancing, skiing, travelling and spending time with his family.
