BIG Poland acquired Park Glinianka in Łubna in southern suburbs of Warsaw

BIG Poland has been expanding its presence on the Polish retail park market since 2022. Consistently deploying its investment strategy in Poland, BIG added Park Glinianka in Łubna in the southern suburbs of Warsaw to its portfolio of retail parks, acquiring it from Redkom Development, specializing in large scale shopping projects development.

Last year, Redkom Development completed 27,000 sqm GLA of retail parks, while further 60,000 sqm GLA is currently under development.

Park Glinianka, thanks to its extremely convenient location at Puławska street leading to Piaseczno and the center of Warsaw, an attractive shopping and service offer and interesting social & recreational solutions perfectly fit the BIG development strategy in Poland.

BIG Poland consistently deploys its strategy for development of the open-air shopping centers segment in Poland. Thanks to the recently finalized acquisition of the Glinianka Park in Łubna on the suburbs of Warsaw, the portfolio of BIG shopping centers has been enriched with another, extremely modern and customer-friendly retail park.

Glinianka Park, developed by REDKOM Development in 2023, is a place that sets a new direction in the development of retail parks. It is located in Łubna, in the Piaseczno area in the southern suburbs of Warsaw, directly at one of the main arteries leading to the Warsaw downtown. A convenient, easily accessible location, a spacious and free parking lot and a number of practical amenities make Park Glinianka the shopping park of first choice for customers.

Glinianka Park, with an area of 10,200 sqm GLA is one of the most modern and innovative retail parks in the southern suburbs of Warsaw. Having enthusiastically welcomed the new shopping center after its launch in March 2023, customers enjoy this friendly complex consisting of two zones - commercial and service zones as well as recreational and relaxation space. The recreational area consists of a small lake, a playground with trampolines, a relaxation sitting area and a beach volleyball court.
