Two more companies have become tenants of Diuna, part of the Warsaw portfolio of Syrena Real Estate and PineBridge Benson Elliot. Intrum has leased nearly 370 sq. m and Carrier Chłodnictwo about 500 sq. m in the complex on Taśmowa Street. In addition, WDX has extended its lease for nearly 500 sq. m of space.

Intrum in business of debt management, offers a full range of services covering late receivables and finance solutions based on debt collection. The company has been a member of the Association of Financial Companies (ZPF) in Poland since 2015. Intrum has taken up almost 370 sq. m of space at Diuna.

Carrier Chłodnictwo, a turn-key high-capacity refrigeration systems and food distribution services, has moved from Konstruktorska Business Centre to the complex on Taśmowa Street. The company is committed to improving refrigeration technology through sustainable product and process development and improving sales through technological innovation. In Europe, it operates in more than 20 countries. The new headquarters at Diuna will occupy an area of approximately 500 sq. m.

WDX, which has been present in the office building on Taśmowa Street for more than 10 years using an area of more than 470 sq. m, has decided to stay at Diuna for longer. WDX has for 30 years been providing technical equipment for internal logistics: warehouse automation, racking installations, and forklifts. It provides consultancy and advisory services and offers comprehensive project planning, equipment, and optimisation of customers’ warehouses. WDX engineers design and produce proprietary solutions for the automation and autonomisation of logistics and industrial facilities, integrate technologies, equip warehouses with internal transport systems.

Diuna, formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, has undergone an upgrade thanks to the efforts of Syrena Real Estate and PineBridge Benson Elliot. The office complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district has been brought up to current market standards, with changes including the revitalisation of the external areas and the redevelopment of the entrance lobbies of the four buildings. The 6,000 sq. m concrete car park has been transformed into a public park with 50 trees, 96 species of shrubs, a stream and an educational pavilion. There are new co-working spaces as well as a conference centre with a meeting and exercise room. The complex features a new bicycle zone with full infrastructure for cyclists. The modernisation has added a range of solutions at the Diuna office complex that significantly improve its energy efficiency. Carbon dioxide concentration-dependent ventilation control, VAV ventilation systems and airflow control have a significant impact on reducing carbon dioxide emissions, which were cut by 827 tonnes in 2023. Diuna is certified by BREEAM In-Use in the new v6 system as Excellent, Well HSR and WiredScore as Silver.

The main designer of the new look of Dune is architectural studio MJZ, the green project was developed by iGreen Landscape Architecture, the design of the new interiors is the work of Loskiewicz Studio. Reesco Group is responsible for the remodeling, and cmT is responsible for project management.

With a total usable area of 46,000 sq.m., the companies headquartered here include: Accord, NewCold, Colgate, Daikin Europe, Eurocash, Ford, JDE, Oceanic, S.C Johnson, FOUNDEVER, Business Lease, Leasing Team and WDX. The complex also houses a LUX MED clinic and a café and bakery I highly recommend. The complex has 1,200 parking spaces in three underground parking garage levels.
