Prime Kapital secures building for new resi project in Bucharest

Prime Kapital has secured a building permit for a new residential projects in northern Bucharest. Marmura Residence will include 464 apartments in five buildings. The project will go up on a 1.5 ha site that used to house the former Marmura factory near the Jiului subway station. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2021. Prime Kapital was founded by Martin Slabbert and Victor Semionov, former managers at NEPI Rockcastle. This is the developer’s second residential project in Romania.
