Portland Trust secures BREEAM for Expo Business Park

Portland Trust secured BREEAM Outstanding certification for its Expo Business Park in Bucharest. The project was delivered last year in the capital’s Exhibition area and offers more than 40,000 sqm of space in three buildings. The developer also recently completed a 4-meter bronze statue called Aviatorii that stands at the entrance of the business park. The statue is meant to celebrate the role aviation played in boosting business connections over the last century, the developer said in a statement.
