NEPI Rockcastle signed an agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in December 2023 for green financing worth EUR 387 million. On April 25, the developer signed to increase this loan by EUR 58 million. The facility thus reached a total of EUR 445 million and is due to mature in January 2029.

The company's net operating income was EUR 491 million in 2023, up 21 percent from 2022. This increase was also generated by acquisitions at the end of 2022.

For this year, the developer has an investment plan of EUR 178 million, both in ongoing projects and in some new ones.
