MLP Group completes Gliwice logistics park

MLP Group has completed the construction of the Gliwice logistics park in Szalsza, Upper Silesia. The investment includes three class A warehouse facilities with a total area of 44,377 sqm. The park is fully leased. Main tenants include the Zabka Polska convenience store chain, which occupies 25,000 sqm, and logistics outsourcer Just in Time, which leased 11,000 sqm. All of MLP Group’s new projects are BREEAM-certified.
