Delta Holding will try to take over the Sava Center for the fourth time, whose sale was recently announced by the city of Belgrade. Although the tender has not been announced yet, judging by the statement of the Deputy Mayor of Belgrade Goran Vesic, the starting price will be €27.5 million, with the buyer being obligated to invest another €50 million into renovations over the next five years. The new owner will not have the right to change the purpose of the building, which is in the process of being given protected status.

The city is also asking for preferential prices for events in which it is the organizer. The Sava Center has been among the least profitable of the city's public companies for years. Belgrade's leaders have been trying unsuccessfully for years to find a solution. So far, two attempts to create a public-private partnership and one for the concession of the Sava Center have failed to work out.
