Croatian rental prices drop slightly

Rental prices Croatia's major cities have fallen slightly on average, but smaller units (up to 40 sqm) are currently in the highest demand. The smallest changes in price were recorded in apartments of between 80 and 100 square meters. Rijeka and Zagreb have the most demand for rental product, with the capital currently reporting average rents of €670 per month for units of up to 100 sqm. Split was somewhat cheaper at €623 while Rijeka's price level is roughly €620 for larger units. In Rijeka, the average asking price was around €360 for units of up to 40 sqm.
