Appointments to key positions at Golden Star Estate

The team of Golden Star Estate, an investment company operating on international real estate markets, has been strengthened by two experienced experts. Małgorzata Głowicka has taken up the position of Group Chief Financial Officer, while Magdalena Ruta has joined Golden Star Estate as Head of Asset Management.

Malgorzata Głowicka has strengthened the Golden Star Estate team as Group CFO. She is responsible for shaping the Golden Star Group's financial policy for the office property segment in the CEE region. Małgorzata Głowicka has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of finance, accounting, auditing and management of SSC structures. She gained her professional experience in global organisations specialising in the provision of professional financial services, and for the last 14 years she has been associated strictly with the real estate industry. During her career, she has worked for such companies as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and PwC.

Magdalena Ruta is responsible for the comprehensive management of real estate assets with a total area of more than 125,000 sq m in the Golden Star Group's portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe. As part of her activities, Magdalena also coordinates commercialisation and transaction activities and manages a team of asset and leasing managers. Magdalena Ruta has 19 years of professional experience gained in Polish and international companies with investment, advisory and development profiles. During her career, she has been responsible for managing portfolios of various properties, especially offices. She has also participated in numerous property sales and acquisitions, as well as coordinated the commercialisation processes of individual assets. Prior to joining Golden Star Estate, she held managerial positions at companies such as: Macquarie Group, GLL Real Estate Partners, Waryński S.A. Holding Group or DTZ.

Golden Star Group focuses on acquiring properties and adding value to them through leasing and management. The group's portfolio includes projects with a total value exceeding EUR 1.5 billion. Among the projects belonging to the company's Polish portfolio are Konstruktorska Business Center, Oxygen Park, JK 55 or DOT Park in Kraków.
