AFI signs pre-contract for Radio House

AFI Europe is poised to take over a 75-percent share of Casa Radio in Bucharest. The company has signed a sale-purchase pre-contract with Plaza Centers N.V. The transaction is estimated at €60m. PeliPartners assisted AFI Europe in negotiating and signing the pre-contract. AFI is currently contacting due diligence, which should be completed in September.
“With the successful completion of the diligence operations and the fulfillment of certain conditions, the two companies will advance to the final stage of the acquisition process,” AFI said in a statement.
