Warsaw’s office stock hits 5,16 million sqm in H1

Warsaw’s modern office stock totaled 5.16 million sqm at the end of June, according to the latest report from the Polish Office Research Forum. New lease deals account for 56 percent of total take-up between January and June, while renewals made up 28 percent and expansions totaled 16 percent. Pre-lease transactions made up nearly 17 percent of demand. The largest lease transactions in the first half of the year included Millennium Bank’s renewal on 18,300 sqm at Harmony Office Centre, a 13,600 sqm pre-lease agreement by Citi Service Center Poland at Generation Park X, Alior Bank’s expansion and renewal at Łopuszańska Business Park (13,400 sqm) and AstraZeneca’s expansion and renewal at Postępu 14 (13,200 sqm).
