Velvet CARE has extended its office lease at Skylight in Warsaw. Cresa represented the manufacturer of hygiene products. The Skylight and Lumen office buildings are part of the mixed-use Złote Tarasy complex and offer a total leasable area of 45,000 sqm. The owner of both buildings is Globalworth Poland. “Velvet CARE values its office location at the heart of the Central Business District, which provides excellent access to all the districts of the city by multiple lines and means of public transport, and a variety of amenities for employees. During the lease renegotiation we secured for the tenant satisfactory commercial lease terms that proved competitive compared to offers of other office buildings,” said Justyna Szymczak, Senior Advisor, Office Department, Cresa Poland.
