TEDi leases 1,000 sqm at Power Park Kielce

The retail chain TEDi has leased 1,000 sqm at Power Park Kielce. The property is part of the Chariot Top Group BV portfolio, which is managed by Griffin Real Estate. TEDi has strengthened the home furnishing and interior design range of the retail park. “We are happy that the TEDi chain has diversified the offer of our retail park in Kielce. This shows that new tenants appreciate the advantages of the retail properties in our portfolio, such as convenient location and the right tenant mix which definitely attract visitors,” said Piotr Fijołek, senior partner at Griffin Real Estate. Power Park Kielce, with a total leasable area of 35,000 sqm, is one of the 17 real estate assets in Chariot's portfolio, which currently includes a M1 shopping center, four retail parks and 12 hypermarkets operated by Auchan and Bi1 with a total GLA of about 350,000 sqm.
