Skanska to launch fourth phase of Silesia Business Park

Skanska has started work on the last phase of Silesia Business Park in Katowice. The fourth building of the complex will offer more than 12,000 sqm of space. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter 2018. “The office space at Silesia Business Park attracts international companies from the services, consulting and IT sectors, which are willing to develop their business in Katowice. An increasing number of companies associate their future business with the city and show that Katowice can offer young people attractive employment and a good quality of life,” says Mariusz Krzak, regional director of Skanska Property Poland.
