Skanska broke ground on the third stage of Generation Park in Warsaw. The 140-meter skyscraper will be located near the capital’s Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout and will offer 47,000 sqm of leasable space. The project is expected to receive WELL and LEED certificates and will be Skanska’s first office tower in Poland, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2021. Generation Park will offer 84,000 sqm of GLA in three buildings.
