Răzvan Enache named CEO of Tiriac Imobiliare

Răzvan Enache was appointed CEO of Tiriac Imobiliare. He previously served as project manager at Skanska Romania for almost five years, and between 2013 and 2015, he was head of real estate at BCR. As CEO of Tiriac Imobiliare, Enache will oversee the delivery of the Tiriac Tower office building on Victoriei Square in Bucharest, which will have a leasable area of 16,427 sqm on 12 floors as well as five levels of underground parking. The structure of the building is currently completed, and the installation of the facade has started. Enache will also be responsible for breaking ground on the company’s next project on Calea Giuleşti in the capital.
