Polish office sector turns over € 618.1 million in Q1 2020

Turnover in the Polish office sector for Q1 totaled €618.1m, up 15 percent y-o-y, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Overall vacancy stood at 8.3 percent, down 1 percent y-o-y. Gross take-up climbed to 359,000 sqm, representing a 33-percent increase on the previous year. The total office stock of Poland’s nine largest markets, including Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Tricity, the Upper Silesian and Zagłębie metropolis, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin, and Szczecin, reached close to 11.3 million sqm, up 5 percent from the previous year, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
